Imam Qasim, Iraq experiences a hot desert climate with very little seasonal variation in temperature. Winters are mild, with temperatures ranging from near-freezing to warm days, averaging around 12-15°C in January and December. Spring brings rapidly increasing temperatures, reaching averages of 27°C by April and 34°C by May. Summer is extremely hot, with temperatures often soaring above 40°C, but with some slight cooling in July and August. Autumn sees a gradual drop in temperature, returning to mild winter levels by November.
