Salisbury's winters are cool and variable, with temperatures often below freezing in January and February, but occasionally rising into the mid-teens. As spring approaches, temperatures gradually warm up, with March and April seeing a significant increase in average temperature, eventually reaching above 20C by May. Summer is mild to warm, with July and August being the warmest months, although daytime highs rarely exceed 35C. Autumn brings a return to cooler temperatures, with September and October averaging around 10-15C, before dropping again in November and December.
