Erzurum's winters are harsh and cold, with temperatures often dropping below -20°C in January and February, but gradually warming up by March. Spring brings a welcome respite, with temperatures rising steadily from April to June, eventually reaching pleasant highs around 30°C. Summer is warm and sunny, with July being the hottest month, while autumn sees a return to cooler temperatures, with occasional frosts in October and November. Winters are once again cold and snowy by December.
