Winters in Turda are harsh and cold, with temperatures often dropping below 0°C and rarely rising above 13°C. Spring arrives slowly, with temperatures gradually warming up from around 3°C in March to 14°C in May. Summer brings warm days, sometimes reaching as high as 35°C, but also occasional cooler mornings. Autumn is a repetition of spring, with temperatures cooling down from 21°C in September to below 0°C by November.
