Karachi's climate is characterized by hot summers and mild winters. The summer season, which begins in April and lasts until September, brings scorching heat with temperatures often reaching as high as 38-40 degrees Celsius, making it one of the hottest cities in Pakistan. The monsoon season arrives in July, bringing much-needed rainfall to the city and providing some relief from the heat. Autumn, starting in October, brings a slight drop in temperature, but still averages around 28-30 degrees Celsius. Winter, which spans from December to February, is mild with temperatures ranging between 10-15 degrees Celsius, making it the coolest period of the year.
