Mandalay's climate is characterized by a distinct seasonal pattern, with hot temperatures prevailing throughout the year. The dry season, typically from January to May, brings scorching days with temperatures often reaching over 40°C in March and April, while nights remain relatively cool. June marks the beginning of the wet season, with temperatures gradually cooling down to more bearable levels. However, even during the monsoon months, temperatures rarely drop below 20°C, making it a hot and humid period. In contrast, the cooler winter months from December to February see temperatures dip to around 10-15°C at night, but still experience warm days.
