Bhamo's climate is characterized by a distinct seasonal pattern, with three main seasons. The cool season, which lasts from November to February, brings temperatures ranging from 7-31°C, making it the coolest period of the year. As the sun rises higher in the sky, the hot season kicks in from March to May, with temperatures soaring up to 38°C on average. The rainy season follows, lasting from June to September, with temperatures remaining relatively stable around 28°C. In October and December, Bhamo experiences a brief pre-winter and winter period, respectively, with temperatures dropping to as low as 7-11°C before rising again for the next cycle of heat.
