Sikasso experiences mild winters and hot summers. During the dry season, which spans from December to May, temperatures gradually rise throughout the months, reaching their peak in April and May with averages around 32°C. June marks the beginning of the wet season, bringing warmer temperatures that remain steady until October. The summer months are characterized by high humidity and occasional rain showers. As the wet season subsides in November, temperatures begin to decrease, returning to more comfortable levels by December.
