In March and April, temperatures rise steadily, reaching an average of 16°C by April, suitable for cherry blossom viewing. Summer brings hot days in June and July, with temperatures often soaring above 30°C, while August remains warm but slightly cooler. Autumn starts to cool down in September, with temperatures gradually decreasing until November, which has a similar temperature range to March, before the winter chill sets in. Winters are generally mild, with January and December averaging around 6-8°C, allowing for pleasant outdoor activities.
