Banjarmasin experiences a relatively consistent warm climate year-round, with temperatures rarely dropping below 21°C or rising above 38°C. The coolest months are January and July, but even then the temperature only dips to around 23°C. April is usually the hottest month, with an average high of 35°C. Temperatures remain high throughout the year, with little variation between seasons. The dry season seems to prevail from May to October, while November to March appears to be relatively wet and humid.
