Kovilpatti experiences a warm and humid climate year-round. Winters, from December to February, are mild with temperatures ranging from 24-32°C, providing some relief from the heat. As summer sets in from March to May, temperatures soar to as high as 35-36°C, making it a hot period. The monsoon months of June and July bring similar temperatures, but with increased humidity. Autumn and winter return in September and November respectively, bringing temperatures back down to around 25-30°C.
