Bissau experiences a tropical savanna climate with distinct seasons. The dry season, which runs from January to May, brings warm temperatures, often reaching highs of 40°C in March and April. June marks the beginning of the wet season, but temperatures remain relatively stable, ranging from 21-39°C throughout the year. July is one of the cooler months, with highs around 35°C, while August and September see a slight drop in temperature. The dry season returns in November, bringing warm weather once again, before cooling down slightly in December.
