By February, the average temperature has risen to near-freezing, but still fluctuates between -17°C and 14°C. As spring arrives, temperatures gradually warm up, reaching averages of 5°C by March and 8°C by April. Summer months bring hot temperatures, with July being the hottest, averaging around 23°C, although it can soar as high as 34°C on some days. Autumn brings cooler temperatures again, with November and December experiencing similar cold snaps to those in January and February.
